Purpose of Role

With a very successful start in 2019, Difrent is growing rapidly. We pride ourselves on candidate experience and are looking to speak with like-minded professionals that align with our values. We passionately believe that we can deliver sustainable, positive change for ‘Public Good’, and this ambition runs through our very core.

Our new Deployment Consultant will act as an ambassador for the business; you are the front line, connecting Difrent to the UK’s top permanent digital talent and ensuring that from the word go, they know that we do things Difrent-ly. You will be expected to engage with high volumes of candidates, guiding them through the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the utmost care and support along the way.

You will utilise a wide selection of recruitment channels to attract and engage with large volumes of prospective applicants, yet new and innovative methods of recruitment will need to be explored within this role. We expect the team and function to expand over the next 12 months, meaning daily duties will often differ – so we need you to be adaptable and willing to roll your sleeves up! We want a dynamic, hungry go-getter who will face any challenge or task head on!

At Difrent, we work with organisations that really care about the way in which their services are delivered. As a result, you will be tasked with both outcomes-based delivery assignments as well as individual interim requirements. The role is well suited to a proactive, motivated recruiter with an appetite for career progression and the desire to work in a consultancy function.
