Due to the ongoing success, we’re now looking for a proactive and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join us on a permanent basis, ideally with previous experience of working with the government digital service and bidding for government work.

Who are we looking for to join us

We are now moving from a mature start-up to scale-up operation, through both our over-performance against the current plan and our strategic planning for the business.

Therefore, we are making a number of significant hires across our teams.

We are looking for an outstanding sales and marketing professional who is either currently working in the dynamic, highly rewarding world of an early-stage business. OR, is ready to play in such an environment.

What you like doing

Accomplish Business Development and Growth activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans; managing staff.


You will have a particular passion for:

  • ‘Hunting & Gathering’ simply a standout track record in closing and developing accounts
  • ‘Networking and Connecting’
  • Being on point and ensuring that we bring our collective ‘A’ game to every process for every sale and every scenario around growing client accounts
  • Using frameworks/bidding templates/RFP’s etc. often required by clients in both the public and private sector looking for Outcomes/Transformation based solutions
  • Creating exceptional, highly targeted, relevant and cost-effective marketing campaigns: through the rigour of consistently cascading strategic thinking to tactical delivery
  • For the power of ‘being social’ not just ‘on social’

What we would like you to do

  • All of the above
  • Report directly into the CEO, Rachel Murphy
  • Be central to the development of our Growth Work Stream strategy
  • Deliver - above and beyond - the revenue targets set by the Senior Leadership Team (Directors) through the Growth Work Stream strategy
  • Specifically manage the Business Development, Account Management and Marketing Functions; currently 2 FTE (likely to be 3 or 4 by Xmas)
  • Grow as we grow
